As an Education Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding students through every stage of their study abroad process from initial inquiry to successful enrollment. You’ll play a key role in counselling, lead follow-up, and closing enrollments, while representing Qobolak’s values of trust, knowledge, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding study abroad options (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe).
• Conduct one-on-one consultations (in-person and online).
• Assess student profiles and recommend suitable courses and universities.
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and social media.
• Maintain CRM records, ensure timely follow-ups, and convert inquiries into confirmed applications.
• Assist students in documentation and visa application guidance.
• Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Stay updated on global education trends, admission intakes, and visa rules.
