Qualifications

• Deep understanding of iterative development within a scaled Agile framework.
• Proactive problem-solving approach with a record of driving delivery forward.

Responsibilities

• Guide software squads to successfully build and deliver a new EdTech platform.
• Maintain visibility over programme affordability, budgeting, and profitability.
• Manage communication and alignment with senior client executives.
• Use agile tools to track progress and report KPIs to the Executive Leadership Team.
• Overcome delivery blockers and manage dependencies across squads.
