Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing the lifecycle of electronic resources.
• Negotiating license agreements with vendors.
• Experience with Alma/Primo integration and access management.
• Proficiency with COUNTER usage data (SUSHI).

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of electronic resources from acquisition to renewal.
• Lead integration and management of access services (Primo, AtoZ, LibKey, EZproxy).
• Oversee a small team or work-aligned staff to support access maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Provide data-driven reports on usage, cost-per-use, and overlaps for decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the library and university to improve access services.
