What We're Looking For
As an e‑Learning Script Writer, you will be responsible for crafting engaging, accurate, and pedagogically sound scripts for our off‑the‑shelf and bespoke e‑Learning courses. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our competitive content library, meeting client‑specific training needs, and driving continuous improvement in content quality and process innovation.
Key Responsibilities

Content Development
- Research, outline, and write e‑Learning scripts in line with technical and instructional standards.
- Create assessment materials aligned with course objectives.
- Prepare scripts for visual production, including layout, voiceover, and visual guidance notes.
- Revise and improve existing scripts to correct content errors and enhance clarity.

Collaboration & Project Management
- Collaborate closely with the Lead Scriptwriter and other team members to align with production goals.
- Respond to editorial feedback and continuously improve script quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contributors, including visual production teams and voice actors.
- Engage with clients to produce user‑generated content (UGC) that meets specific training needs.

Quality Assurance & Process Management
- Ensure content adheres to high standards in tone, clarity, accuracy, and instructional design.
- Maintain project tracking systems such as the production calendar and Jira boards.
- Help document and improve technical standards and workflows.

Innovation & Learning
- Actively seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in content production.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on best practices in e‑Learning development.
- Contribute to team‑wide efforts to enhance efficiency and maintain content excellence.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent writing, editing, and research skills, ideally with experience in instructional or educational content.
- Ability to break down complex topics into clear, engaging, and learner‑friendly scripts.
- Familiarity with e‑Learning formats and instructional design principles is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Confident in liaising with cross‑functional teams and clients.
- Experience with tools like Jira, CMS platforms, and content planning systems is an advantage.
