Job summary

Axelliant is seeking a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant for our onsite team in Gulberg, Lahore. The role focuses on hands-on implementation and post-go-live functional support, requiring 2–3 years of practical Dynamics 365 experience and strong customer-facing skills.

The ideal candidate will gather requirements, analyze business needs, prepare functional documentation, and coordinate with technical teams while engaging with customers in workshops and meetings.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on Dynamics 365 functional consulting.
• End-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations experience.
• Experience providing functional support to multiple customers.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules and business processes.
• Gather requirements, analyze business needs, prepare functional documentation, and coordinate with technical teams.
• Experience working directly with customers in meetings and workshops.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations preferred.

We are looking for a candidate with approximately 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferably with experience in both implementation projects and post-go-live functional support.

The ideal candidate should have:

• 2–3 years of practical experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant.
• Experience working on end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Experience providing functional support to multiple customers and resolving business/process-related issues.
• Good understanding of Dynamics 365 functional modules and business processes.
• Ability to gather requirements, analyze business needs, prepare functional documentation, and coordinate with technical teams.
• Experience working directly with customers and participating in meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions.
• Strong communication and fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with the project team.

Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations are preferred.
