Job summary

Mobiz IT in Karachi, Pakistan is seeking a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Technical Consultant with Power Apps experience to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade solutions. You will extend and customize Dynamics 365 CE and Power Apps to meet evolving business needs, collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant serving international clients.
• Scrum certifications or experience with Agile development and familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-230, MB-240, PL-100, PL-200, PL-600) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom extensions and integrations for Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Apps.
• Utilize C#, .NET, and other programming languages to develop high-quality code that meets business requirements.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to best practices.
• Develop and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 CE/Power Apps and ERP/third-party systems.
• Utilize Azure services, Logic Apps, Power Automate, and other tools to enable data exchange and automation.
• Implement and manage APIs for data exchange between systems.
• Provide technical guidance and conduct code reviews to ensure development standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and lifecycle phases.
• Prepare technical documentation including design specs, manuals, and deployment guides.
