Sharp Brains in Lahore is seeking a Video Host & Content Creator to become the face and voice of our content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms. You will produce engaging videos that attract, entertain, and grow a large audience.

The role emphasizes confident on-camera presence, creative scripting, and collaboration with marketing and design teams to boost the personal/brand presence.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Confident, energetic, charismatic, and camera-friendly personality.
• Strong interest in vlogging, social media, entertainment, lifestyle, and digital content.
• Good storytelling and improvisation skills.
• Understanding of YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, Shorts & social media trends.
• Ability to create content that is engaging, relatable, entertaining, and shareable.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
• Previous experience as a Video Host, Vlogger, Content Creator, Presenter, Influencer, YouTuber, Social Media Creator, or Digital Content Creator is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Host and appear in vlogs, reels, short-form & long-form videos.
• Create engaging video content, lifestyle content, interviews, reviews, and behind-the-scenes videos.
• Develop creative ideas, concepts, scripts, hooks, and storylines.
• Present confidently and naturally in front of the camera.
• Research trending topics, viral content, hashtags, sounds, and audience interests.
• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and creative teams.
• Help build and grow a strong personal/brand presence on social media.
• Participate in outdoor shoots, events, interviews, and promotional activities.
• Work closely with video editors, designers, and social media managers.
• Track audience engagement and continuously improve content based on performance.
