Job description

We are looking for an experienced Drilling Supervisor to join our Drilling Department. The ideal candidate must have extensive field experience in drilling and workover operations, particularly in deep and complex wells within the North Potohar region.

The Drilling Supervisor will be responsible for managing and supervising all rig site operations to ensure they are carried out safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and approved drilling programs. The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams and service companies to achieve operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily drilling and workover operations at the well site.
• Ensure strict compliance with company HSE policies and regulatory standards.
• Conduct safety meetings, BOP drills, and well control exercises.
• Oversee rig mobilization, equipment testing, and drilling execution as per plan.
• Coordinate with head office and supply chain for materials and services.
• Supervise casing, cementing, logging, and well control operations.
• Monitor drilling fluids and ensure proper mud system management.
• Lead rig crews, maintain discipline, and ensure smooth coordination among field team

Qualifications & Experience
