• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing machines or by hand
• Sort and stack clean dishes properly for storage
• Ensure all dishes are washed thoroughly and sanitized according to safety standards
• Maintain the cleanliness of dishwashing area and equipment
• Dispose of garbage and recyclables properly
• Assist in food preparation tasks such as peeling vegetables or cutting fruits as needed
• Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures at all times
• Cooperate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen

Requirements
