Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Transaction Banking, especially client onboarding and implementation.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record in managing digital channel implementation.
• Strong understanding of GTB products and digital channels for Cash Management and Trade Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of large and complex mandates.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
• Monitor implementation KPIs and SLAs to ensure timely delivery and activation.
