Qualifications

About the Role

We are seeking three exceptional financial leaders to serve as Directors General of Accounts, Audit & Finance for our nationwide low-cost housing initiative. These strategic positions will oversee all financial operations, ensure fiscal discipline, and maintain the highest standards of financial governance across our multi-city projects while reporting directly to the Group Chairman. We have our Ongoing Projects in Lahore & Gwadar Industrial Estate. Now we are Looking This posts for our New Opening Projects in above Following Cities in 2025-2026 Inshallah.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Leadership & Strategy
   • Formulate and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives
   • Oversee all accounting operations, financial reporting, and fiscal management
   • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
2. Audit & Compliance Oversight
   • Lead comprehensive internal audit programs and risk assessment frameworks
   • Ensure compliance with IFRS, SECP regulations, FBR requirements, and PPRA rules
   • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies
3. Treasury & Capital Management
   • Manage project financing, banking relationships, and working capital
   • Oversee cash flow management for projects exceeding PKR 10 billion
   • Evaluate and secure funding through banks, DFIs, and government schemes
4. Project Financial Control
   • Monitor and control project budgets, costs, and financial performance
   • Implement robust financial monitoring systems for construction projects
   • Conduct financial due diligence for land acquisitions and joint ventures
5. Executive Leadership
   • Serve as principal financial advisor to the Group Chairman and Board
   • Lead digital transformation of financial systems (ERP implementation)
   • Mentor and develop high-performing finance teams across locations

Experience
