Job summary

ClearPath Institute in Lahore seeks a Treatment Planning Setup & Stepping Operator to perform digital setup and stepping for B2B and D2C aligner cases according to standard protocols. You will work on 3D scans, plan tooth movements and staging, and ensure timely turnaround.

Responsibilities include maintaining case quality, accuracy, and coordinating with Quality and Clinical teams, with rotating shifts. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this full-time role in Lahore.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors Degree (in any discipline) or Dental Technologist
• Strong analytical and logical thinking
• Ability to recognize patterns and subtle visual differences
• Familiarity with digital tools (Exocad, 3Shape, Blender, Meshmixer, AutoCAD or similar)

Responsibilities

• Perform digital Setup and Stepping for B2B and D2C aligner cases as per standard protocols
• Work on 3D scans, tooth movement planning and staging
• Identify and correct pattern errors and subtle visual discrepancies in 3D models
• Maintain case quality, accuracy, and turnaround time
• Coordinate with Quality and Clinical teams
