Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 4 years of experience in digital solutions, technology consulting, business analysis, or related roles.
• Practical understanding of AI concepts, including LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and prompt engineering.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, APIs, system integrations, and data flows.
• Proficiency in writing requirement documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Figma.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital initiatives from requirements gathering and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Understand user needs and translate business requirements into clear specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on user value, organizational objectives, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, AI/ML, and QA teams to ensure effective delivery.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and emerging technologies to improve government operations and public services.
• Define requirements for AI-enabled capabilities such as intelligent search, document analysis, conversational AI, and workflow automation.
• Evaluate AI-driven solutions for accuracy, usability, reliability, and alignment with user needs.
• Engage with government ministries, departments, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, manage dependencies, and coordinate implementation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, solution demonstrations, user acceptance testing (UAT), and release planning.
• Define success metrics, gather user feedback, and recommend continuous improvements.
