About the Role
We’re looking for a Brand Manager who lives and breathes marketing — someone who can think strategically, execute flawlessly, and bring a strong design sensibility to every project. You’ll lead the development and delivery of digital and social campaigns that build brands, engage audiences, and look exceptional doing it.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of brand and campaign strategies, with a focus on digital and social media.
- Act as the brand guardian, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Work closely with creative and design teams to deliver campaigns that are not only effective but visually exceptional.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (content, digital, media, strategy) to bring brand stories to life.
- Conduct market and audience research to inform strategy and creative direction.
- Manage client relationships, presenting ideas, reports, and performance insights with confidence and clarity.
- Track and analyse social and campaign performance metrics to optimise results and demonstrate ROI.
- Stay up to date with marketing and design trends, emerging platforms, and new creative opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience
- 5–8 years of relevant marketing experience is essential.
- Previous experience in a marketing or creative agency is a major plus.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and content‑led campaigns.
- Excellent sense of design and aesthetics, able to evaluate creative work and maintain visual consistency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication, presentation, and project‑management skills.
