Opening: Digital Marketing Lead
The Digital Marketing Lead at the company will spearhead the firm’s digital marketing strategy and execution across internal brands and client portfolios. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership, analytical, and creative capabilities, capable of making data‑driven decisions that deliver measurable results. As a client-facing leader, the Digital Marketing Lead will manage cross‑platform strategies (TikTok, Meta, Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, LinkedIn, and Google), oversee campaign performance, and guide a multidisciplinary marketing team to achieve growth and visibility objectives for both the company and its clients.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Digital Growth
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all major platforms.
- Align campaigns with corporate and client objectives ensuring measurable ROI and audience engagement.
- Build digital growth plans encompassing SEO, SEM, paid media, content marketing, influencer outreach, and performance tracking.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives for client projects and internal brand positioning.
Client Relationship & Account Management
- Serve as the primary client liaison for digital marketing initiatives.
- Translate client goals into strategic campaigns and actionable marketing roadmaps.
- Conduct performance reviews and data‑driven presentations for clients and leadership.
- Support business development with marketing insights, proposal contributions, and digital strategy presentations.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and learning.
- Assign objectives and oversee execution across design, content, performance, and analytics teams.
- Drive operational excellence by defining SOPs and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate team members for continuous professional growth.
Performance Marketing & Analytics
- Manage high‑budget campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, and LinkedIn platforms.
- Supervise Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart eCommerce performance optimization, including ad strategy, A/B testing, and content optimization.
- Track KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates and apply insights to optimize outcomes.
- Present monthly analytics dashboards and performance reviews to the executive leadership team.
Brand, Content & Creative Direction
- Oversee all digital content creation ensuring consistent storytelling and brand tone.
- Collaborate with creative designers and copywriters to deliver innovative, platform‑specific assets.
- Ensure brand messaging aligns across social, website, email, and eCommerce platforms.
- Approve campaign visuals, product banners, and content calendars before execution.
Innovation & Trend Analysis
- Stay updated with evolving digital platforms, technologies, and algorithm changes.
- Introduce innovative strategies to leverage new media opportunities (e.g., AI tools, automation, influencer marketing).
- Identify emerging trends relevant to consulting, SaaS, and eCommerce sectors.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, including 3+ years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Proven record of managing large‑scale, multi‑channel campaigns and client‑facing marketing engagements.
- Strong expertise in SEO, PPC, content strategy, and performance marketing.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Connect, Shopify, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, and Data Studio is very important.
