Translation Empire PK is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Digital Learning & Design Manager to lead the development and implementation of digital learning initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will drive the integration of instructional design methodologies, e-learning technologies, and educational tools to enhance employee learning and engagement.

This position requires a forward-thinking leader with strong experience in instructional design, digital learning platforms, and project management, capable of leading our digital transformation in employee development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership & Innovation: Develop and implement the organization\'s digital learning strategy. Lead the adoption and integration of innovative learning technologies.
  • Digital Learning Development: Oversee the design and creation of engaging e-learning content, courses, and interactive training modules. Work with internal subject matter experts to convert traditional training into digital formats.
  • Technology & Platform Management: Manage and optimize digital learning platforms and tools to ensure seamless delivery of content and reporting.
  • Training & Support: Design and conduct training programs for internal teams on effective use of digital learning tools. Support staff with instructional design and digital content creation.
  • Assessment & Improvement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital learning programs. Analyze learner engagement and feedback to optimize outcomes and continuously improve content.
Qualification and Experience:
  • Master’s degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in digital learning, instructional design, or education technology.
  • Demonstrated experience leading digital transformation in learning and development.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while mentoring cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with LMS platforms, authoring tools, and data-driven decision-making.
Certification (Preferred):
  • Certifications in instructional design, e-learning, or educational technology will be considered an asset.
