About the role

As a Digital Content Manager, you will be solely responsible for creating and maintaining the digital footprint of POIT's digital content on the website, case studies, blogs, newsletters, and content for SEO.

The Key Responsibilities

To be successful in the role, the ideal candidate needs a mix of skills and experience, personal attributes, and a desire to succeed.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Update and maintain the public website and social media channels
  • Produce high-quality technical content
  • Edit and improve existing content
  • Maintain continuity of style of content
  • Integrate user-friendly content into illustrations, graphs, and infographics for an enhanced user experience

Requirements

  • Strong verbal, written (typing, spelling, grammar), and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics and simplify complex information into friendly, simple language
  • Must be able to share a few samples of technical content produced in the last 3 months
  • Applicant needs to have a good grasp of how to write content for SEO
  • Must have prior IT industry experience
  • Good to have Cloud and Digital transformation knowledge
