Job summary

Book Worms Publisher in Lahore is launching a digital education platform. We seek a Digital Content & LMS Coordinator to learn the system from our partner, ensure content accuracy, and help schools and teachers get started with it.

You will manage the CMS/LMS, support teachers, and coordinate with the tech partner. A bachelor's degree and LMS experience are required, with strong English and Urdu skills and a location in Lahore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Education, IT or English.
• 1–2 years' LMS experience or in edtech or school academics.
• Quick to learn new software.
• Strong written and spoken English, plus good Urdu.
• Eye for detail and accuracy.
• Based in Lahore, available in 2–4 weeks; teaching experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn and manage our online CMS and LMS platform with partner training.
• Check digital versions against printed books for accuracy.
• Review AI-generated answers and exercises before publication.
• Set up schools, teachers and students on the platform.
• Train teachers on how to use the platform effectively.
• Act as main contact between our team and the technology partner.
• Handle basic support questions from schools.

Book Worms is an educational publisher based in Lahore. We produce curriculum-aligned textbooks for Playgroup to Grade 7, with more than 150+ titles used by schools across Pakistan.

We're now starting something new: a digital learning platform that brings our books online for schools, teachers and students. We're building it with an international edtech partner and plan to launch soon. This is the first hire for that team.

The Role

We're looking for a Digital Content & LMS Coordinator to be our hands-on person on the platform. You'll learn the system directly from our technology partner, make sure our content is accurate, and help schools and teachers get started with it.

What You'll Do

• Learn and manage our online platform (CMS and LMS) through training from our partner.
• Check digital versions of our books against the printed books for accuracy.
• Review AI-generated answers and exercises before they go live.
• Set up schools, teachers and students on the platform.
• Train teachers on how to use it.
• Act as the main point of contact between our team and our technology partner.
• Handle basic support questions from schools.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Education, IT or English
• 1–2 years' experience with an LMS (Google Classroom, Moodle or similar), or in edtech or school academics
• Quick to learn new software
• Strong written and spoken English, plus good Urdu
• Eye for detail
• Comfortable presenting to teachers and principals
• Based in Lahore and able to join within 2–4 weeks
• Teaching experience is a plus
