We are seeking a skilled DevOps Integration Expert with proven experience in automation, CI/CD pipelines, and multi‑cloud integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud‑native platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift), virtualization, and experience with infrastructure‑as‑code and monitoring frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for applications and infrastructure.
• Automate provisioning and configuration using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Helm.
• Ensure integration of testing, security, and compliance into pipelines (DevSecOps).
• Integrate applications and services across VMware Cloud, OCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Work with developers and system engineers to ensure smooth deployments.
• Standardize deployment processes across environments.
• Manage Kubernetes and OpenShift clusters.
• Build, deploy, and monitor containerized workloads.
• Implement service mesh solutions where needed.
• Integrate monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK). Ensure high availability and scalability of DevOps platforms.
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis.
• Work closely with developers, system, and cloud engineers to streamline delivery.
• Maintain clear documentation of pipelines, integrations, and processes.
• Provide technical guidance to teams on DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, system integration, or cloud automation.
• Hands‑on expertise with CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Tekton.
• IaC/Automation: Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Puppet, or Chef.
• Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.
• Cloud Platforms: VMware Cloud, AWS, Azure, OCP.
• Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stack.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Go).
• Solid understanding of DevOps best practices and security integration.
• Preferred: Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD, CKS), RedHat OpenShift certification (DO280, EX280), AWS/Azure DevOps certifications.
• Experience with GitOps workflows.
• Familiarity with SDN/Service Mesh (Istio, Linkerd).
