Job summary

7vals is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team in Lahore. You’ll collaborate with software engineering to deploy, manage and troubleshoot staging and production systems, and you’ll work to automate deployment and system health checks.

The role requires strong Linux/Unix administration, AWS experience, and hands-on work with services like EC2, S3, and MySQL. You’ll excel in problem solving and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of overall experience in professional software engineering.
• At least 2+ years of hands‑on experience as DevOps Engineer.
• Strong team player with ability to communicate and collaborate at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software engineering to deploy, manage and troubleshoot staging and production systems.
• Automate and streamline deployment and system health check processes.
• Work with a wide variety of open source technologies and cloud services (AWS).
