The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. This role involves maintaining hardware, supporting a diverse user base, and ensuring network security. Skills in both Windows and Apple systems as well as hands-on familiarity with mobile device management and security tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in a relevant position.
• Proficient in providing support for MacBook systems.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 7 and more recent versions.
• Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
• Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade hardware and computer systems.
