Job summary

DAR Engineering, a leading design and engineering consultancy in Saudi Arabia, seeks an Electrical Design Engineer (Primary Design) to lead a design team and drive electrical design quality across projects. The role emphasizes leadership, training, and delivery within safety and regulatory standards.

The engineer will supervise tasks, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure timely execution, and maintain high-quality design outputs for power, distribution and building systems.

Qualifications

• Academic Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Work Experience: 4 to 6 Years.

Responsibilities

• Train sub-ordinates and form a team to deliver work effectively.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
• Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
• Ensure fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale and motivation.
• Perform planned activities to meet delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within cost and time.
• Provide periodic reports detailing deviation and task execution.
• Resolve issues and escalate complex operational problems.
• Ensure quality requirements and develop QC processes and product/process specs.
• Coordinate written systems, policies, procedures and automation opportunities.
• Comply with policy, procedures and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental procedures.
