Work Together is seeking a Design & Project Coordination Manager to oversee design and construction projects from inception to completion, drawing on a strong background in construction and project management with at least five years of relevant experience. The role demands coordinating teams, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources align with client expectations.

Responsabilidades

Oversee the Design and Construction Coordination teams through their respective coordinators.
Maintain an up-to-date overview of all ongoing projects, deadlines, progress, and pending tasks.
Ensure timely project delivery and proactively identify delays, bottlenecks, and risks.
Monitor coordinators' performance and ensure accountability for project progress.
Coordinate design, structural, civil, and MEP-related matters with relevant teams.
Resolve escalated technical, operational, and client-related issues independently.
Communicate with clients when required to address concerns and resolve conflicts.
Establish effective project tracking, reporting, and documentation systems.
Provide regular project status updates and reports directly to the CEO.
Ensure effective coordination between design teams, construction teams, and other stakeholders.
