Job summary

Jobskey Consultancy in Hyderabad is seeking a Head of Department for Architecture with interior design and BIM leadership. You will supervise the technical design department, guide project leads and BIM engineers, and ensure coordination across SD, DD, and IFC drawings for villas, high-rise residential and commercial projects.

The role requires a B.Arch and M.Arch with 18+ years of experience, deep knowledge of Revit/BIM, CAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience in architecture and interior design leadership.
• Strong BIM knowledge including Revit and coordination across SD/DD/IFC drawings.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and supervising the Technical Design Department standards and BIM procedures.
• Guide project leads and BIM engineers for SD, DD, and IFC drawings.
• Coordinate space planning with HO concept design to feed BIM team.
• Ensure proper server filing, document control, and head office coordination.
• Develop cost-effective detailing and construction methodologies.
