Role Description

The Dermatologist will provide expert medical and cosmetic dermatology care to clients at Le Lotus Clinique’s Islamabad location. This part‑time, on‑site role involves conducting patient consultations, performing clinical assessments, diagnosing skin conditions, and developing individualized treatment plans for medical and aesthetic concerns. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include performing procedures such as laser‑based therapies, anti‑aging treatments, acne management, cosmetic injectables, and other dermatologic interventions offered at the clinic. The Dermatologist will maintain accurate medical records, ensure strict adherence to safety and infection‑control protocols, and collaborate with the clinical team to deliver consistent, high‑quality patient experiences. The role also includes educating clients on treatment options, aftercare, and preventive skincare, while staying current with advancements in dermatology and cosmetic procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Medicine and Dermatology, with the ability to diagnose and manage a wide range of skin conditions.
• Expertise in Cosmetic Dermatology and Cosmetology, including experience with aesthetic procedures and non-surgical treatments.
• Clinical proficiency in treating Acne and related skin disorders using evidence‑based approaches.
• Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and specialist qualification in Dermatology; valid license to practice in Pakistan.
• Demonstrated experience in laser treatments, injectables (Botox, fillers), and advanced cosmetic technologies is highly desirable.
• Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and maintaining high standards of infection control and clinical documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and keep up to date with new techniques and technologies in dermatology.
