Responsibilities

Cooperate with departments, support in budget interpretation to head of department, make & monitor the budget compilation procedures.
Make actual vs budget reports on a monthly basis.
Prepare Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly Financial Statements.
Make and evaluate financial reports timely and accurately.
Support yearly audits and quarterly assessments with external auditors.
Maintain accounting policy documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
Ensure reporting processes comply with internal control requirements.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing.
Track actual vs budget expenses across departments.
Approve budgetary controls in ERP systems.
