Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Dental Technician from a recognized institute; 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, fabricate and repair dental prosthetics, appliances, and restorations including dentures, crowns, bridges, and orthodontic appliances.
• Prepare impressions, casts and models of patients' teeth and oral structures as per specifications.
• Select, prepare and work with dental materials including metals, ceramics and plastics for prosthetics and appliances.
• Operate and maintain dental laboratory equipment.
• Inspect and test dental prosthetics and appliances for quality, accuracy and functionality.
• Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals for treatment plans.
• Maintain and troubleshoot dental equipment, instruments, and prosthetics.
• Follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of diseases.
