Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in CS, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
• Proven experience as Data Mining Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, R or other data-analysis languages.
• Experience with SPSS or SAS and ETL/DBMS processes.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Location Multan Pakistan

We are in search of a talented Data Mining Analyst to join our team in Multan. In this role you will be responsible for extracting and analyzing large datasets to identify patterns and trends that can inform business decisions. You will work closely with our data scientists and other team members to support data-driven strategies and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in data mining tools and techniques, strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy. This is a contract position with potential for full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-mining processes to extract insights from large datasets
• Analyze data using statistical methods and visualization tools
• Identify patterns and trends in data that can inform business decisions
• Collaborate with data scientists and other team members to support data-driven strategies
• Communicate findings through reports presentations or visualizations
• Continuously monitor data quality to ensure accuracy and consistency

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or related field
• Proven experience as a Data Mining Analyst or similar role
• Strong knowledge of SQL Python R or other programming languages used for data analysis
• Experience with statistical analysis tools such as SPSS or SAS
• Familiarity with database management systems DBMS and ETL Extract Transform Load processes
• Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

• Experience in machine learning techniques such as clustering or regression analysis
• Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark

Salary $1500 per month
