Job Description

The Data Manager role supports The Company’s ERP system and the Eye in the Sky project. This role involves reviewing, cleaning, and enriching data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Data Managers will also support machine learning initiatives by preparing clean datasets and validating outputs, contributing directly to the company’s sales growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain ERP/CRM databases with accurate and complete information.
• Identify and correct data errors and discrepancies.
• Source missing information from internal and external references.
• Support the Eye in the Sky project by preparing datasets for AI/ML training.
• Collaborate with the IT team in the UK/NL to align processes.
• Generate reports and dashboards for management.
• Ensure compliance with data integrity, security, and confidentiality policies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or diploma in IT, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience in data administration or analysis preferred.
• Strong IT literacy including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills in English and local language.
