Job summary

Gapp Search in Lahore is seeking a Data Entry Administrator to maintain accurate company and candidate records across spreadsheets, databases and online research. This hands-on role focuses on data quality, organisation and timely updates to support the wider team.

You will work Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–10:00 PM on-site, using Excel, Google Sheets and internal systems. Fresh candidates with the right attitude are welcome; attention to detail and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience using Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately in Excel, Google Sheets and internal databases
• Carry out online research and verify information
• Maintain candidate, company and general business records
• Check data for errors, duplicates and missing information
• Keep spreadsheets and databases clean and organised
• Support the wider team with general administrative tasks
• Follow clear processes and maintain a high level of accuracy
