About Maidalv
Maidalv is transforming legal tech for e-commerce sellers. We analyze TRO (Temporary Restraining Order) cases and surface actionable insights that help sellers navigate legal risk. We’re expanding our operations team with a meticulous Data Entry (Catalog QA) expert to keep our image and case datasets clean, accurate, and production-ready.

Internet requirement (non-negotiable): Reliable broadband with ≥100 Mbps download and ≥20 Mbps upload for smooth image searches/uploads and daily syncs.
Image quality upgrades: Given low-resolution product/case images, find higher-resolution versions via Google/Bing/Yandex reverse search, verify they match, and save with our naming rules.
Daily image intake review: Triage new images entering our system, approve/reject based on clarity, relevance, duplicates, and policy compliance; tag with correct metadata.
Data cleaning:
De-duplicate, normalize filenames, and fix broken links.
Standardize fields (brand, plaintiff, platform, docket #) following our templates.
Log exceptions and edge cases for engineering/legal.
Light QA: Spot obvious mismatches (wrong product, altered logos, watermarks that block analysis) and flag for follow-up.
Documentation: Keep a short daily checklist and activity log; contribute to “how-to” snippets when you find faster/better workflows.
Flexible working hours with 1-2 overlapping hours (Mon–Fri) with our New York team for handoffs.
Part-time option available ( min 20 hrs/week) with consistent daily cadence.
30 min screening (English communication + workflow walk-through).
Work sample (45 minutes): High-res image search + intake review on a small batch, validated against our rubric (match quality, naming, speed, error rate).
You’re a great fit if you have
Strong web research skills (reverse image search, filters, operators) and a detective mindset.
Fast, accurate typing and comfort with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and simple CSV cleanup.
Attention to detail: You enjoy catching small inconsistencies and fixing them.
Stable power + internet (see requirement above) and the habit of backing up work.
