About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Analyst to join our growing team at Danescor. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who want to gain hands‑on experience in data management, analysis, and process automation. You will work alongside Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and business partners to turn raw data into actionable insights that support our global M&A services and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Support data management, analysis, and research for internal teams.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize data delivery and scalability.
- Collaborate with internal business partners and provide regular updates on assigned projects.
- Work closely with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to ensure solutions drive business value.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate data pipelines and reporting systems.
- Develop, update, and maintain datasets for public-facing platforms and internal reporting.
- Document workflows, data processes, and data flow diagrams.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and completeness across multiple sources.
- Apply data standards, ontologies, and metadata to improve integration and analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in data mining, statistical analysis, and logical problem‑solving.
- Proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas) and SQL for data querying and transformation.
- Intermediate knowledge of relational databases.
- Familiarity with data processing tools (e.g., Airflow), Linux, or shell scripting is a plus.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to clearly write and present technical information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Strong command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
