Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources related to recovery, operations, and client projects.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management and clients.
• Develop dashboards and visualization tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify trends, anomalies, and areas of improvement in operational and financial data.
• Coordinate with recovery and field teams to validate data accuracy.
• Support management in forecasting, planning, and target-setting based on historical data.
• Maintain databases and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
• Assist in automation and process improvement initiatives related to data handling.
