About the role

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our team! This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business – from Learning and Operations to Product – to ensure data is accurate, actionable, and easy to interpret. You’ll be part of a growing strategy team, collaborating virtually across multiple countries.

You’ll be at the intersection of data, business, and strategy, helping the company make data‑driven decisions that directly impact student outcomes and business performance.

Your work will span

• Creating and automating dashboards.
• Conducting data analysis for fundraising and investor relations.
• Presenting financial data to executive leadership.
• Investigating and comprehending metric calculations, as well as evaluating the appropriateness of chosen metrics.
• Taking ownership of the company's OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business strategy analysis.
• Self manage and doesn't need a lot of direction
• Strong technical skills in SQL, Tableau or Power BI, and Google sheets.
• Detail‑oriented mindset: You notice what matters, capture it, and flag inconsistencies without overcomplicating.
• Business‑minded: Able to connect data to real‑world needs.
• Strong communication skills: Can clearly explain data insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
