About the role
We are looking for a data-driven and financially skilled Data Analyst for our ecommerce brands portfolio. This role blends financial acumen with e-commerce management ideal for candidates with ACCA, CA, or finance backgrounds who are passionate about digital retail.
Key Responsibilities
Data & Financial Analysis
- Analyze advertising data, sales trends and performance, Product P&L statements.
- Prepare monthly profitability and variance reports for management.
- Forecast inventory, ad budgets, and cash flow using Excel and BI tools.
- Conduct SKU-level cost analysis incorporating FBA fees, logistics, PPC spend, and taxes.
Performance Insights
- Generate actionable insights through dashboards and data visualization (Power BI, Excel, or Google Data Studio).
- Identify underperforming products and recommend optimization strategies.
- Work closely with finance and supply chain teams to ensure data accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- ACCA / CA finalist or qualified (preferred), or BBA/MBA with strong finance background.
- 2 years of experience in data analytics (ideally e-commerce operations).
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, Lookups, Power Query), Google Sheets, and BI tools.
- Understanding of Amazon FBA/FBM, PPC campaigns, and retail analytics.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Helium10, Jungle Scout, or Sellerboard.
- Knowledge of digital marketing analytics (ACoS, TACoS, CTR, conversion rate).
- Experience in managing multiple brands or marketplaces (Walmart, Noon, Shopify, etc.).
- Ability to present insights to leadership teams effectively.
