Job summary

iSystems Ltd is seeking an experienced Data and AI Architect to design, govern, and evolve enterprise data and AI architecture across cloud and on-premises environments.

The role requires leading end-to-end data pipelines, AI model deployment, and governance while collaborating with data, engineering, and business teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions. A strong background in Azure/Databricks and enterprise-scale deployments is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in CS, data engineering, AI or related field.
• 10+ years in data architecture and AI/ML solution design in financial services or tech.
• Deep knowledge of Azure and Databricks.
• Strong cloud and hybrid cloud architecture expertise.
• Data governance and enterprise architecture experience.
• Ability to design and deploy enterprise-scale data and AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise data and AI architecture aligned with business strategy and technology standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, AI/ML solution design, and technology leadership within financial services or technology sectors.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise data platforms, including Azure and Databricks.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks, cloud architectures, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Expertise in data governance, data security, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale data and AI solutions.
• Ability to architect end-to-end data pipelines, AI/ML solutions, and enterprise platform integrations.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
