Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Manage patient or client concerns with empathy and clarity
Maintain accurate documentation of interactions in the system
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues effectively
Ensure a high level of service satisfaction in every interaction
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
0–1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a desire to grow
