Salary: Fixed Rs. 18,000/- (Salary Review after 3 Months based on Performance)

Short Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Customer Support Representative for our E-commerce business. This is a non-target-based, full-time office job. The main responsibilities include calling customers for order confirmation, verifying parcel deliveries, and handling customer queries on incoming calls.

Female Applicant Note: Kindly note that currently, our office team consists of only male staff. Female candidates who are comfortable working in this environment may apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outgoing calls to customers for order confirmation.
  • Call customers to confirm parcel delivery status (received or not).
  • Handle customer queries and complaints on incoming calls.
  • Update records and order status using MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and courier teams for timely delivery updates.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication with customers at all times.
  • Follow company guidelines and work closely with team members for smooth operations.
  • Support during busy days and overtime will be provided if workload increases.
Office Timing
  • Monday to Saturday
  • 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM
  • Overtime provided during high workload days.

  • Performance-based increment possible after 3 months
