Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers.
• Introduce products or services and explain their features and benefits.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell products and services where appropriate.
• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.
• Provide accurate information to customers and maintain a positive impression.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales.
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and sales progress.
• Work closely with team leads and supervisors to improve sales strategies.
• Share feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the supervisor.
• Record customer information and update.

Requirements & Skills

• Strong English proficiency (spoken).
• Sales experience is a plus.
