Job summary

Job description

We are seeking a proactive and customer‑focused Customer Account Specialist to join our growing custom signage team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients assisting with inquiries, preparing quotes, coordinating production details, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

Must Haves
  • Previous experience in customer service or an account coordination role.
  • Excellent communication skills, written & verbal.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency; willingness to learn new software.
  • Experience in the signage or printing industry preferred (not required).
  • Graphic design experience is a bonus, but not mandatory.
Preferred Skills
  • General graphic design familiarity is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer communication via email and phone.
  • Provide knowledgeable support and product guidance to customers (training provided).
  • Prepare accurate quotes and pricing for custom signage projects.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend best‑fit sign solutions.
  • Use Flexi Sign software (training provided) to assist with order processing and basic design needs.
  • Work closely with the production/graphic design teams to ensure order accuracy.
  • Maintain customer accounts, records, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Assist in managing revisions and approvals on custom sign designs.
