Job summary

Swipehouse, a creator platform built by Hamster Garage, is hiring a creator recruitment and activation specialist. You will recruit, activate, and manage creators across brand programs, ensuring they have everything to start earning and keep creating.

This is a fully remote, hands-on role requiring strong communication, organization, and the ability to balance multiple campaigns with different rules. You’ll be the main contact for creators, reviewing applications, approving content, and solving

Qualifications

• Must have marketing/communications/business degree or be a recent graduate.
• Excellent written English, warm and human tone, not scripted.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple programs and rules.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, activate, and manage creators across brand programs.
• Approve applications, review content, and resolve creator questions.
• Coordinate with brand teams and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Build strong relationships and act as day‑to‑day contact for creators.
