Outrightllc is seeking a creative videographer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our team. You will plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, events, interviews, and promotional projects.

You will operate cameras, lighting, microphones, and gimbals, manage lighting and audio on shoots, collaborate with marketing and design teams, and assist with basic editing and color correction to maintain brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, events, interviews, and promotional projects.
• Operate cameras, lighting equipment, microphones, gimbals, and other production gear.
• Set up and manage lighting, framing, composition, and audio during shoots.
• Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to execute creative concepts.
• Capture professional footage for reels, advertisements, corporate videos, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Organize and manage raw footage and production files.
• Assist with basic video editing, color correction, and post-production when required.
• Ensure consistency in visual quality, brand style, and storytelling.
• Manage multiple shoots and complete projects within assigned deadlines.
• Stay updated with current video trends, shooting techniques, and social media content styles.
