Role

To lead the creative team in delivering high-quality, innovative, and brand-aligned visual content for diverse marketing and communication purposes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor the creative team (graphic designers, video editors, and content creators).
• Oversee the design and production of graphics, illustrations, branding materials, and video content.
• Develop and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to align creative output with business objectives.
• Review and provide feedback on team members work to ensure quality and creativity.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, creative tools, and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
• Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in graphic design, video editing, or creative direction, including at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of branding, visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and multimedia content.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate a team while driving innovative creative solutions.
• A portfolio showcasing design, video, and leadership impact.
