Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Creative Project Manager at MonerisDigital.com. The Creative Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing creative projects on a day-to-day basis, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. They will utilize their skills in communication, project management, budgeting, creative problem-solving, and creative strategy to deliver successful outcomes.

What you'll be doing

1. Create and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
   
2. Produce high-quality, engaging content (e.g. blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters) to support our digital marketing initiatives.
   
3. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and implement new strategies as appropriate.
   
4. Website design and development on platforms, including WordPress, Wix.com, Square, Squarespace.
   
5. Client consultations and digital marketing solutions implementations advisory via Phone, Zoom, etc.
   
6. Create client deliverables for digital marketing solutions based on RFQs and SLAs.
   

Responsibilities (You will oversee activities):

Client Nurturing:

1. Cultivate relationships with clients to continuously assess their needs for the Account Management team.
   
2. Utilize our HubSpot CRM and sales automation platform to manage outreach and track all pertinent information.
   

Project Management:

1. Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across various client segments.
   
2. Collaborate regularly with Marketing, Technology, and Account Management teams.
   
3. Host presentations and solutions demonstrations expertly.
   
4. Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of campaigns.
   

Platform Management:

1. Oversee the implementation and management of various marketing platforms, including email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Yotpo), social media management tools (e.g., Later, Metricool, Hootsuite), and PPC platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
   
2. Ensure data integrity and proper tracking through tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager) and tracking pixels.
   

Requirements

Qualifications (What we're looking for)

1. 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing, account management, consulting, management role, preferably in the marketing or technology industry.
   
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into easy-to-understand content.
   
3. Familiarity with digital marketing, web analytics, and online marketing tools/platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media management tools.
   
4. Enhance client products/services presence, residential, social media marketing initiative, and video content creation.
   
5. Communication and project management skills, experience.
   
6. Budgeting and creative problem-solving skills.
   
7. Experience in managing creative projects in a digital environment.
   
8. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
   
9. Ability to work independently and remotely.
   
10. Experience in the marketing or digital industry is a plus.
    
11. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, History, Psychology, Communications, Arts, or a related field.
