Job summary

A leading marketing agency based in Lahore is seeking an Influencer & Growth Marketing specialist. The ideal candidate will manage influencer relationships, oversee paid digital campaigns, and collaborate with various teams to optimize growth strategies. Applicants should have 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with digital platforms. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Urdu is preferred. This role is on-site in Lahore.

Qualifications

  • Execute paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok.
  • Build full-funnel performance strategies for acquisition and conversion.
  • Collaborate with creative teams on paid ad content and performance assets.
  • Report on campaign ROAS, influencer KPIs, and channel growth.
  • Monitor evolving influencer and performance media trends.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Marketing Lead for alignment on strategy.

Location: Lahore (On-site)

Experience: 1–2 years (luxury, agency & brand experience)

You will primarily focus on managing influencer relationships, paid digital campaigns, and growth marketing funnels. In addition to executing campaigns, you will collaborate with performance, design, and e‑commerce teams to ensure strategic alignment and ROI optimization. You will play a key role in expanding brand reach, enhancing visibility through partnerships, and driving measurable results across acquisition channels. This position will support the Lead in shaping data‑driven brand growth.

Key Responsibilities Are Following But Not Strictly Limited To
  • Manage influencer programs: seeding, partnerships, content coordination, performance tracking.
