PPOAR in Khanpur, Pakistan is seeking a skilled Florist to create beautiful floral arrangements and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include designing bouquets, wreaths and corsages, sourcing quality materials, managing inventory, processing payments, and ensuring timely delivery.

The role requires a high school diploma and floral design training is preferred. The position is contract-based with a salary of 1,100 USD per month, plus visa sponsorship and air ticket.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Florist or in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of different flowers, plants and their care requirements.
• Creative flair to design unique floral arrangements.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit to stand long periods and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Design and create various floral arrangements such as bouquets, centerpieces, wreaths and corsages.
• Source and select high-quality flowers and materials for arrangements.
• Maintain inventory of flowers, plants and supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with floral needs.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Keep work area clean and organized at all times.
• Adhere to health and safety standards when handling flowers and plants.
