About The Role:

We are seeking a highly creative, proactive, and skilled Creative Content Specialist for one of our US based clients to support a growing photography and creative business. The ideal candidate will go beyond simply editing assigned content—they will understand the client’s creative vision, take ownership of projects, identify opportunities, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

The successful candidate should be confident, energetic, detail-oriented, trend-aware, and a strong communicator, with the ability to work independently and stay ahead of evolving social media and content trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing & Content Creation

• Create polished and engaging highlight reels from interviews, events, and other footage.
• Edit interview footage with professional pacing, transitions, audio, and visual quality.
• Edit video and photography captured during corporate events and on-location shoots.
• Create short-form social media content, including Reels, social media videos, static graphics, and behind-the-scenes (BTS) content.
• Combine photography, POV footage, and video creatively to produce engaging content.
• Transform traditional subjects, products, and experiences into modern, visually appealing content.
• Ensure all content aligns with the client’s brand, audience, and objectives.

Creative & Social Media Support

• Research and monitor current social media trends, formats, sounds, topics, and content styles.
• Identify opportunities to repurpose existing footage and photography into new content.
• Develop and proactively present new content concepts and creative ideas.
• Recommend creative approaches for upcoming events, shoots, and campaigns.
• Identify opportunities for increased media visibility, engagement, and audience growth.
• Stay informed about emerging content trends and editing techniques.

Client & Project Support

• Understand client expectations and creative direction without requiring extensive step-by-step instruction.
• Take ownership of projects from concept through completion.
• Ask thoughtful questions when clarification is needed while remaining capable of working independently.
• During onsite or event assignments, proactively identify content opportunities and determine requirements for editing, social media, or future campaigns.
• Anticipate client needs and recommend solutions before being asked.
• Maintain high quality standards and incorporate feedback and revisions effectively.

Marketing & Lead Generation Support

• Support content initiatives designed to generate engagement, visibility, and new business opportunities.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and lead-generation initiatives where appropriate.
• Use content strategically to support business development and attract potential customers.
• Contribute ideas for campaigns, promotions, and audience-growth strategies.
