Department: Finance / Cost Control

Reports To: Financial Controller

Location: Hotel One Vogue, Rawalpindi

Overview

Job Summary:

Responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and controlling costs across all hotels within the chain to ensure financial efficiency and profitability. Oversees budgeting, variance analysis, and cost optimization while maintaining compliance with company standards and hospitality best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control operating costs (F&B, Rooms, Admin, Maintenance) across all properties.
  • Review cost reports, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Conduct F&B cost analysis, recipe costing, and portion/yield controls.
  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
  • Supervise inventory management and procurement compliance.
  • Prepare consolidated cost control and variance reports for management.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies.
  • Collaborate with GMs, Chefs, and Purchasing Teams to identify savings opportunities.
  • Conduct spot checks, audits, and training for property finance teams.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (MBA / CMA / ACCA preferred).
  • 5 years’ experience in cost control or management accounting, including 3+ years in the hospitality industry.
  • Proficient in Excel, ERP systems (Munshi / Sage), and F&B costing.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
