Qualifikationen

• Current nursing registration or licensure recognized in Pakistan.
• Ability to assess patients, monitor vital signs, recognize changes in condition and escalate concerns promptly.
• Competence in infection prevention, aseptic technique, wound care and safe clinical preparation.
• Clear, empathetic communication and the ability to explain care and recovery instructions to patients.
• Accurate clinical documentation, confidentiality and careful handling of patient information.
• Strong teamwork, organization and attention to detail in a procedure-focused clinical environment.
• Commitment to patient dignity, safety and respectful care throughout treatment and recovery.

Aufgaben

• Assess patients’ needs and provide compassionate, professional nursing care before and after procedures.
• Prepare examination and treatment areas, maintain aseptic technique, and assist the clinical team during procedures as assigned.
• Monitor and document vital signs, patient condition, medications and care provided in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Explain care instructions and procedure preparation or recovery guidance clearly to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate patient records, protect confidentiality, and promptly communicate changes or concerns to the responsible clinician.
