Job summary

United Bank Limited in Karachi invites applications for a role reporting to Head Digital Controls & Regulatory Compliance. The position focuses on implementing approved business processes in the field, performing periodic reviews, and coordinating with stakeholders to roll out re-engineered processes.

Key duties include reviewing ground implementation, assisting teams with transaction monitoring, and supporting reviews of Branch-less and E-Banking activities to strengthen controls and drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or IT related fields.
• 2+ years’ experience in Digital banking, business process management.
• 3+ years’ experience in financial industry, preferably exposure to retail banking products and services.

Responsibilities

• Review on ground implementation of approved processes.
• Assist concern team in implementation of transaction monitoring processes.
• Assist in conducting review of Branch-less & E- Banking activities with a view to enhance controls and initiate rectification efforts as and where required.
• Assist in conducting periodic review of performance indicators related to different stake holders.
• Assist in internal and external audits and compliance reviews.
• Any ad-hoc assignment / projects

Job description

Reporting to Head Digital Controls & Regulatory Compliance. This position will be responsible for implementing approved Business processes in field. Further the individual assigned to the role will be required to perform periodic reviews. Additionally, this role will be required to coordinate with all stakeholders for implementation of new / re-engineered processes along with conducting reviews of the implemented processes.
